Fee Subsidies & Discounts for Rubat Singapura Programs

At Rubat Singapura, we strive to support students in their educational journey while upholding our core Islamic values. Below are the subsidies and discounts available for Halaqah Asas Bahasa Arab & Halaqah Ibtidaiyyah.
SUBSIDY FOR MERITORIOUS STUDENTS
Eligible students may receive the following subsidy program fees if they meet the following criteria:
Good Conduct: Exemplary behavior and adherence to Islamic ethics.
Full Attendance: No absences throughout the program duration.
Policy Compliance: Strict adherence to all institutional rules and guidelines.
Subsidy for Halaqah Asas Bahasa Arab: $105.00 per month.
Subsidy for Halaqah Ibtidaiyyah: $166.00 per month.
SUBSIDY FOR ZEALOUS STUDENTS
We understand that some students may have prior commitments but remain eager to learn. Participants who inform us upfront about scheduling conflicts or obligations may qualify for a 25% discount on fees.
Subsidy for Halaqah Asas Bahasa Arab: $60.00 per month.
Subsidy for Halaqah Ibtidaiyyah: $166.00 per month.
Rules & Regulations
Lateness
Students are required to inform the teacher and the administrator if they are late, and actions will be taken.
First offence: Verbal warning
Second offence: Written warning
Third offence: School fees subsidy for the month will be withdrawn
Fourth offence: One-week suspension
Behaviour
If students are found to behave badly or irrationally, a warning will be given and subsidy for that month will be withdrawn.
Absence
Valid documents that we accept if students are unable to attend class are as follows:
i) Medical Certificate (MC)
If sick, students are required to obtain an MC from the doctor, even when there is medicine at home
ii) Death certificate, if there is a passing of an immediate family member
