Terms and Conditions for Fee Subsidy

The regular monthly fee for Halaqah Asas Bahasa Arab is $300. We’re excited to offer subsidies to make our program more accessible. Below are the terms and conditions for eligibility and the corresponding subsidies:

$105 Default Subsidy

Those who are abe to commit full-time will be given a $115 default subsidy and are required to abide by the following:
   i) arriving late to class does not exceed 2  times per month
   ii) well-behaved
   iii) full attendance 

Monthly fee after subsidy: $195

$60 Subsidy

Those who are unable to commit full-time due to valid reasons (i.e. work or school commitments) are only eligible to receive a $60 subsidy and are required to abide by the following:
   i) arriving late to class does not exceed 2  times per month
   ii) well-behaved
   iii) full attendance 
   iv) submit work/school schedule 1 week earlier

Monthly fee after subsidy: $240

Rules & Regulations

Lateness

Students are required to inform the teacher and the administrator if they are late, and actions will be taken.

First offence: Verbal warning
Second offence: Written warning
Third offence: School fees subsidy for the month will be withdrawn
 Fourth offence: One-week suspension

Behaviour

If students are found to behave badly or irrationally, a warning will be given and subsidy for that month will be withdrawn. 

Absence

Valid documents that we accept if students are unable to attend class are as follows:
   i) Medical Certificate (MC)
     If sick, students are required to obtain an MC from the doctor, even when there is medicine at home
   ii) Death certificate, if there is a passing of an immediate family member
