Essentials of the Deen
Course Outline
Our youth are exposed to a wide-range of influences which may affect their identity as Muslims. From time to time, it is useful to draw them back to Islamic knowledge to reignite their God-consciousness (taqwa) and rejuvenate their spirit to live their lives as Muslims with conviction.
This holiday course, Essentials of the Deen, discusses foundational matters of belief which are obligatory for all Muslims to know, with a particular emphasis on applicability for teens and young adults. It is designed to introduce them to the basic tenets of faith, to draw them close to Allah ﷻ and develop love for the Messenger ﷺ and to understand their purpose of their life on this earth.
