By registering for this program, you have read carefully, fully understand and agreed:

  1. to the Deposit, Terms & Conditions for Default Subsidy, Payment Policy and Withdrawal Policy compiled by Rubat Singapura
  2. that if you withdraw after payment is made and before the class starts, the registration fee and deposit will not be refunded
  3. that the class will only start if the class has reached the minimum number of students. Rubat Singapura reserves the right to cancel a class if the class does not meet the minimum number of students and fees will be fully refunded.
